While we have our big Ride Sheffield meeting in the cosy confines of the Lescar around the beginning of December, we also have our official AGM during the summer (this is to do with when we became constitutionalised). We have done various things around this point, for a couple of years we had a ride and last year we met at Amici & Bici.
This year we have a few updates for you, a couple of them pretty exciting (but we just can’t say exact details yet!) and a major update on Lady Cannings (we will be revealing the timelines for the work as well as the funding update). So because of that we will be meeting in the Norfolk Arms on Monday 4th of August at 7.30pm
We have not got a formal agenda set yet, but here is a rough outline of the plans….
- 7:30pm – meet at the Norfolk Arms car park for a guided tour and explanation of the plans for Lady Cannings
- 8:30pm – AGM – (the formal bit) we will be looking for a new treasurer this year, so if you have accounting/book-keeping skills and are keen to be involved please get in touch
