ShAFF Online – Aneela McKenna

  • Start: 11/10/2021 8:00 pm
  • End: 11/10/2021 9:00 pm

We’re running a series of online talks this Autumn, the third of which is on October 11th and features Aneela McKenna!

Ride Sheffield Ambassador Julia Hobson described Aneela as a “tireless trailblazer for diversity and inclusion” and she’s not wrong!   Aneela is a Diversity, Inclusion and Wellbeing manager at Scottish parliament where she aims to build an inclusive working culture for all who work, engage and visit the Parliament.  In her own business, Mór Diversity, she takes a similar approach helping organisations to improve their diversity and inclusion, typically working with outdoor organisations and brands.

On the mountain bike side, Aneela is a partner at Go-Where Scotland, a key member of the Tweed Valley Trail Association and was confirmed as co-chair of British Cycling’s new Diversity and Inclusion Advisory Group earlier this year.

We’re not sure how she fits it all in, but we’re chuffed that she’s agreed to join us for the talk!

  • Monday October 11th
  • 8pm
  • Virtual talk using Zoom
  • Free to join, although donations are encouraged!

You can sign up using the Eventbrite link here – hope to see you there!
